There are just some archetypes that simply shouldn't exist.
110 Hand Cannons, 340 Pulse, and anything below a 740 fusion rifle, to name a few.

You’re right, like 450RPM pulse rifles that do more damage than and TTK THAN 340s and even scout rifles. 110 RPM hand cannons have their purpose if used correctly. The 340 pulse rifles need some tuning

But they'll always be worse than a higher ROF archetype unless they have an exotic gimmick like Sturm and Drang.

They can 2 tap with kill clip in Crucible.

Meh, doesn't make them good. There's a reason no one uses Redrix even though it's the best weapon in the game with a rodeo proc.
