Just make Whisper a Legendary now.
Without regenerating ammo it’s just a pinnacle legendary sniper.
Rename it to Black Spindle while you’re at it

I mean, it still does insane damage per shot. Even more with Whispered Breathing.

Whisper is just a glorified sniper rifle with a stupidly high critical hit damage now.

28 RepliesBasically the only thing "exotic" about Whisper now (aside from it's appearance) is that it's version of Box Breathing doesn't reset after each shot. So I guess that's something.

Just make everything a legendary at this point. Most of the exotic weapons are basically that along with the armor, at least that way I would have more loadout choices.

5 RepliesA legendary or a special. No reason to waste your heavy slot on what is now an unexceptional sniper. Because of my inability to land consecutive crits, my Whisper wound up in my vault. Now, it seems, it will have lots of company.
