Use the freaking Well of Radiance
Every time I play gambit I put down my well when primeval spawns. My team then avoids it like the plague.
In strikes I put down my well at boss areas. My team is terrified at the thought of touching it.
THE WELL DOES NOT HURT YOU SO TAKE THE BONUS DAMAGE AND HEALING
So please just use the rift and let me help you my young child

Edit: A lot of people are saying that it’s because my placement is bad or I don’t wait long enough to use it. I would like to clarify that I’m not of those people that put the well at the feet of the primeval or spawn it as soon as we get him up. The only circumstance I’ll do those in is if I’m paying with a capable team that can stun lock the boss or spawn enough orbs for me to get it back.

It's just like when the Drifter says, you got enough for a Prime Evil! Bank the motes for a Prime Evil! IT'S CALLED BANK THE MOTES! Not run around and continue to collect motes!

Question: let's say we are in blind well and I get harmony with my knifey boy hunter. If I stand in the well, but jump up and out to get closer to the boss, do I lose the buff immediately? Haven't been able to notice how it works in the chaos.

If my team is doing next to nothing I will try to kill the wizards with heavy before I put the well down so the zone is a little cleaner. Gives time to get the buff as well. If only more people ran tether in gambit. That clears all the crap out so fast.

At first it was because I didn't notice it, not even done the campaign on my warlock yet so didn't know what it was :/ Now I ignore it due to bad placement and poor timing by others.

Same feeling here. Especially when you have phoenix protocol and you lean on them a little to keep up the continuous supers

Even better is when you have that one teammate that decides to invade the other team when we have enough motes to summon the Primeval but does not bank their motes. Proceeds to invade, gets killed and loses all the motes.. I love Gambit but I am so frustrated with how many people just play so dumb.. I’m not great but I do make sure I am always banking and trying to send as many blockers as possible..

Nö, I'm sure you use it just fine. At bare minimum you use it! I don't understand either why that thing is not popped more often. Can be totally frustrating. This isn't new to forsaken though, pretty much always been like that. Good luck!

Wow! Played four games of gambit and it’s been terrible! First game we got smashed , next two game people were hogging notes and sleepers were abundant....making gambit boring and annoying now. Last game I got spawned into a losing last game with half of inch yellow on the other team ! Bungie please sort gambit out , I really like the game mode but as soon as I get my second parcel from Drifter , I’m not going to play as much

I feel ya. I set up my shield for people to shoot thru and they just ignore it. I end having to go melee the boss just so it isn’t completely wasted.

4 RepliesI have the opposite problem with warlocks, it’s like they forget that they are warlocks and just beat the snot our bosses and never use even the basic rift. IF YOU ARE PLAYING THE SUPPORT CLASS THEN USE YOUR FREAKING SUPPORT ABILITIES AND DONT YELL THAT IM NOT DOING ENOUGH DAMAGE
