Snowflakes want it all at once. They don't want a grind, the want to run 2 days and than have it all so they can complain after a week how boring the game is since there is nothing new to do. An expansion is ment to last till the next expansion with the average player in mind and perhaps give him the last month to roam at max level. A grinder will have almost all done in weeks and be happy that he now can concentrate on finding the few missing pieces, finishing triumphs or raid like hell, somebody who plays only 3 hours on a Saturday evening will not be able to keep up with this game. I myself really like the current balance they found, perfect nope, good.. Yes.
