Ok... Here's some feedback for you.
Out of the top 11 trending posts in #Feedback (including Cozmo's at the time of this post), 9 of them were moved here by Mods... 8 of them were moved by Spawn.

I'm seeing posts that are quite obviously not feedback being shifted there because... Well... I don't actually know why.
People have been posting stuff in #Destiny / #Destiny2 for the last few years that [b][u]really[/u][/b] needed to be in #Feedback, yet no-one lifted a finger then.
All of a sudden it's important? After 4yrs?
I mean, there are no casuals here [b][u]or[/u][/b] playing D2 any more... You know, the ones you aimed this game at?
So why the censoring now?

Seems that "good" posts like Destiny 2 praise are going into #destiny2 and "bad" posts negative feedback are going into #feedback. Its pretty obvious they are trying to measure "sentiment" towards D2, and this is just fudging the figures.

Also not sure why you call it censorship I don’t even look at the main forum usually just feedback but when I do I don’t really see it as significantly less travelled. It seems like more than anything you’re complaint is lax moderating is now not lax

OP, I was going to write the same thing and you saved me the time doing so, but I was at a loss on what to write myself whilst I was "unloading a heavy" on the shitter, so I wrote this and then picked my nose. Which by the way had a much better end game reward than the entire D2 experience lol Bungo are clearly in melt down panic mode and those Mods are just ass wipes......

1 ReplySorry I may just be stupid but giving feedback is for Bungie right so they can fix this pile of doggy poop of a game. Then why should anyone care if their feedback is trending or not. Unless you are saying that Bungie will only look at posts if they are trending and on the frontpage. Ok so Bungie is finally enforcing some guidelines, something they should have done ages ago. But still if a post shows up and contains Feedback what is the big deal if it is moved to Feedback. Is it about popularity, recognition, seriously I can't figure this out.

Destiny 2 is quite literally just "all things destiny" and that includes feedback. You can still be trending on Destiny 2 even if you are under the feedback section...you've just gotta have the Destiny 2 tag as well... If anything, this should have a community tag over feedback because you are angry about the forums. Also, the reason they are starting to actually take action now is probably because this is their job. They've been neglecting it for so long that it isn't funny anymore. But like I stated above, most of these posts, including yours, just fall under the Destiny 2 tag, but it has a more proper tag to go with it/replace it. If anything, you people are too lazy to click on feedback over Destiny 2 in my opinion, because that's technically the most populated section now so why not just post there?

9 RepliesIt's not censorship. People are giving their feedback about the game (or their opinions, which are a form of feedback), so they're getting moved to the *gasp* Feedback forum. What a novel concept. Maybe if people around here would learn to make a point that wasn't "Bungie sucks" or "This is what I hate about your stupid game" (which are *ahem* Feedback), and maybe even learn to do so without being unnecessarily insulting in the process, some of those posts might stay on the main D2 page - or get moved into the appropriate categories. Most of the posts on the main D2 page should be somewhere else anyway - they have separate subforums for Weapons, Endgame, Lore, Balance, Classes, Gear...but everyone just throws all their crap into the same pile, and 99% of it isn't discussion, it's one-sided opinions about specific elements of the game. Which are - wait for it - the definition of feedback. [Also, the other definition of feedback is that super-annoying screeching sound that happens when you hold a microphone (a/k/a forum poster) too close to an amplifier (a/k/a all the people who pile on the hate train)...so yeah, Feedback is right where most of it belongs.]
