Recently Obama has started letting Syrian refugees and there are various problems with how they are doing this but my main question is how are they being brought to the US? Are they migrants from Europe who Europe can't let in and we're taking them to lighten their load or they being brought directly from Syria? I'm doing a project on this and haven't been able to find a solid answer so if someone can provide one I'll be grateful.

They're future democrat voters. That's more important than all the little girls that will get -blam!-.

1 ReplyAll refugees go through a process that will favor sending them to a country that they have family before any others, and I can tell you with great confidence that a country with as much pull in the UN as the US surely isn't going to be getting the suspicious leftovers.

Actually, it has never been specified on the whole, only that they will be highly vetted, for whatever that's supposed to mean. Each group could come from different sources... also remember most of these people are coming from nations with no capabilities, no desire or not deserving of the trust such a vetting process warrants.

4 RepliesLook, you can't expose Muslims to all this American freedom all at once, that's why Europe exists. It's basically "Freedom Purgatory" so that crazy one's are weeded out BEFORE they can immigrate to the US. These people don't know what indoor plumbing is, imagine what would happen if you just let them into the civilized world (America) without a buffer?

Probably won't have too many come down here to the South.

4 RepliesEdited by LiamCDM: 9/17/2016 5:54:22 PMWell, the U.S. doesn't even get close to the number of refugees Europe takes. They have an open boarders system with little to no regulation. That's how the Migrant Crisis has been created. An overliberalized immigration system with no security checks. The U.S. has a very tight immigration system, and is only taking 10,000 at the moment. Europe has taken millions. Here in Canada, we've taken over 25,000, but we also have a tight immigration system. Most of the refugees in the U.S. and Canada, are directly from Syria. I don't know the exact number. You may want to fact check me just in case I'm wrong about something.

3 RepliesThey're going to be migrants from all over the middle east but being shipped in from Syria. We don't know where the hell these people are coming from since since ISIS obtained a passport printer
