Matchmaking - Trials of Osiris
Hello Bungie,
I know that really good players are there competing in the Trials. But somehow after 5 wins we are always pitted against tougher teams - What is considered while matchmaking? Or are you aware of this issue and working on it.?
I am also posting a poll to see if i am the only one sulking over this..

5 RepliesYou get matched up against people with the same number of wins on their card as your team (based off the highest number of wins in case you don't have equal amount of wins in your team). It doesn't decrease the chance at a bad team at the first few games, but decreases the chance at a bad team the more wins you have

I checked my last few matches based on the elo ranking. Most of them seemed fair. Still i couldn't get to the lighthouse for a long time :/

I would stop playing trials. It's a good game mode with poorly thought out match making. It's the same faces getting lighthouse every weekend. Year 1 was decent because a lot more people played it with the random match making made a lighthouse trip more achievable. Year 2 since xmas=shitshow! I've seen these posts numerous times and the best thing to do is forget about trials. If bungie wants to have it so it's designed for the top dogs then that is fair enough. The more people that backs out of trials and forgets about it the better it will be. I love the concept of trials but the matchmaking is piss poor. Designed to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. No balance! Have a good day guardians

For me the first five games are all good. Then all of a sudden it decides to match us with a fireteam across the world.
