Share Your Worst RNG Story
I have opened 70 crucible packages and none of them had a longbow. Just 6 guns I instantly dismantled.

16 hard raids for the vex

Waiting 6 months for TLW and NLB to drop only to get them both in the same day from exotic engrams. Other than that I always had the "noob luck". Got 2 fatal visions, 3 longbows and Vienna Singer dropped on the first successfull attempt at getting the Black Spindle.

I'm almost rank 3 on crucible or something and I haven't got anything I mean what the heck right Shaxx cheap as hell

I am rank 113 with 3 Longbows and countless other year ones. My advice is equip a really low secondary in hopes of fooling the smart loot system. It may or may not work now but it definitely did before.

1 ReplyI feel ya man, I'm at 126 crucible rank ups and haven't gotten any year 1 guns except for two to the morgue once. I'm about ready to quit. And I've had 40 something Vanguard Packages and the only year 1 I got was the swarm

134NM and no comitatus. Haven't received taken armor in a couple of months just need one piece for my hunter.

I was a level 22 got 10 more kills than my ally below who was level 40 and everybody pbelow me got a legendary engram

Opened 5 special exotic engrams got patience and time 5 times.

I was but a small guardian, I spent all of my strange coins on three of coins which at the time was 14. I used all of them on 1 strike thinking I was guaranteed an exotic, alas I couldn't be more dissapointed.

So about a month into the game I finally find a raid team that I enjoyed doing the raid with every week. We'll none of us had bought the Ghjallarhorn from Xur that first week so every time we did the nightfall or the raid we would be hoping for that one exotic rocket launcher. Well, not long after Dark Below launched I was on with my friends Spark and Zilo doing our usual routine after the weekly reset. We would load up the game and after picking up our bounties for the day we would head off to do the nightfall and sport our flames for the week (on a side note, I really miss those flames). That day Zilo actually had the Ghjallarhorn drop for him, and much to Spark's and my dismay he wouldn't shut up about it, then proceeded to get another one two days later when we had our while team wreck Crota. As for Spark and me, we never got lucky and weren't able to get it until Xur sold it again right before year 2 started.

I have played destiny since day one on the ps4. I didn't get a hawkmoon until Xur sold it on year two.... then I got three in a row. Also, STILL haven't had a No Land Beyond drop

Worst rng huh? ... how about running 10 games with me and 5 friends. ... no drop till the tenth... then the lowest scorer that game gets a strange coin.

I did vault of glass 3 times back in year 1. I got the same rewards every single time Sniper. Rocket. Scout. Every damn time.
