So you don't want things fixed?

In the field I work in, to keep customers happy we would be doing this kind of stuff like 1am to 2am or something in that area. You guys need to start working at hours that are convenient for the people spending millions of dollars to play your game. After all the junk with Division and Rainbow Six i won't play them anymore, nor buy any more of the DLC or new games for that matter. Are you looking to wind up in the same category as them. Come on. I don't understand why software people get away with this kind of stuff. Hey I am held responsible for the job that I do. If it requires doing something out of the ordinary to make sure it's done right and my customers are kept happy, Well then I have to do whatever it takes. It would be nice if you guys thought the same way. Okay, well you might say that our people are working hard enough already. Then I would say whoever is running things needs to take a look at that and get more people. Bottom line. There really isn't any excuse for someone like me not to be able to play at 10am in the east coast. I work hard and I play hard. Now I know why my son and I don't play together anymore. He stopped playing this 6 months ago and went back to PC gaming. Guess I should do the same. You guys probably have the attitude it's just a bunch of kids playing, so who cares. I'm no kid (not at 60 years old). My age group put you guys in business in two ways. First we started this all when the only game was pong. Then as we got married and had kids we pay for our games and then finally for the games they play. Anyway, not trying to be nasty. Just as a business man it doesn't make sense that this should happen if you care about it.
