1 ReplyI saw someone do this in the crucible. I was in a tight corridor and he comes out with sleeper. I duck when he fires and he bolt came back and hit him in the face. I teabagged him and got hate mail from him saying "you didn't get that kill". I sent mail back saying "no but you did it for me"

I saw a guy do this at Golgoroth. He didn't know what had killed him. I told him once I stopped laughing long enough to breath again.

I got a kill with a shot once but it went right through him, hit a corner, then when right through me. I'm just glad the shots only have 3 ricochets. More would make it more exotic but would be very chaotic

I use the sleeper a lot, so yes, I've been killed by a ricochet too. However, I've never had it happen from such a great distance. The longest distance for me would have been like a 10th of that at best. That was pretty lucky... errr... unlucky.

I've never been killed by my Sleeper though I've had bolts zing right by my head. I like taking it to the Dreadnought and blocking the Hive spawn points for those "enemy moving against each other" events and wiping out whole spawns by ricochets. Sooner or later that's bound to get me killed.
