When he quit, We were down by about 1,000 points in salvage. He then rejoined the game but was placed on the opposite team and decided to start t-bagging a teammate (as if he was the reason they were in the lead).
This usually is fine for me and I let it go, but the fact that he quit our team and then re-joined the game and was placed on the enemy team who was in the lead at the time, and proceeded to t-bag a mate... This activated something in me.
I proceeded to bagging so hard every time we killed them the rest of the match... I bagged so hard and often that we Bagged our way to winning by about 3k points.
I messaged the traitor and said (in a polite and ironic kind of way)... You should have stayed on our team man.
(I figured he'd say good game and I'd say good game back and all would be right in the world but then he responded)
He responded... Says a lot that you messaged me kid, want a cookie, you Salty douche.
(naturally this caught me off guard as I wasn't trying to be douchey in my initial message, but now I'm kind of annoyed)
I responded,... Nah, I just thought it was funny that you quit on our team to join the leading team only for me to kick your a$$ after t-bagging us.
(now I'm fully expecting some trash talk and decided that I wouldn't let him get the last word because... Reasons)
He responded...Why are you messaging me kid, go get some pu$$y or something.
I responded... Been married 5 years kid, I've got that covered.
He responded... Kill yourself, you must have no friends.
I responded... Yeah I'm bored...I've tried killing myself, but that self res keeps me coming back though. You aren't getting the last word here... I'm fully committed to trolling your traitorous a$$.
Time goes by.
More time goes by.
I message him... GG.
The end.
"Edit" I understand that he couldn't choose the team he joined after he left and I understand he could have been booted... That's has nothing to do with how he reacted...
The point for posting was the irony of a guy who most likely quit on his team, who then started t-bagging the team he left because they were losing only to lose against the team he left and then respond like a douche to what was essentially a GG message pointing out the irony of what happened.
I was laughing the entire time, but I'm glad that there is a wide variety of responses from the guardians out there... Some can relate to similar scenarios, others think it's childish, while other still enjoyed it for what it was intended to be... A story of irony and one of not reading people's harmless messages like they are threatening to kill your first born. Also don't tbag unless you are fully prepared to face a more focused and determined oponent when doing so... And also maybe don't quit right away of you are down early in a match.
The fact that this is trending is also interesting. (This is such a pointless, useless post haha)

3 RepliesIt was funny until you started a message war with some idiot over T-bagging.
-
1 ReplyThat's actually pretty funny; him joining back in on the enemy team and all that.

2 RepliesEdited by Guardian0359: 5/10/2016 12:45:23 AMIt's because you've got MLG genes, the blood makes someone immune to defeat. He lacked the blood so he lost.

1 ReplyI had a teammate that teabag me, and the thing is that he didn't do anything besides feeding the enemy team the entire game.

1 ReplyWhen that happens... "TRAITOR!"

1 ReplySounds like the real irony is that both of you were salty twats.

7 RepliesEdited by HoneyBadgerRage: 5/9/2016 10:57:11 PMLmfao had that shit happened to me yesterday in daily salvage as well. We were down by like 2000 points, the retard on my team finally quits and we get a decent player, we followed to smash the other team into oblivion!

1 ReplyThis kinda sounds like Lebron James to me!

1 ReplyYou're on XBL. It was probably the same dude that I messaged, telling him I thought it was funny how him and his buddies had to go "MLG Tryhard to beat me and my dad in Trials when we were down a player". To which he responded, "Dude, I'm not gay, don't message me.". Lmao. Didn't call him gay at any point in my message, but him resorting to assumptions like that, just shows how insecure he is cuz he couldn't come up with a better comeback. Haha

7 RepliesDid he tell you that he quit your team because you were losing?
-
1 ReplyThat happened to me but the other way around. He was on the other team and proceeded to bag me, I made it my mission to find him and bag him the whole game. Next game put him on my team, I still proceeded to bag him when he was killed and I was near him lol. He sent me a message saying wtf and he went on his merry way.

1 ReplyDon't just assume a person's reasons for t-bagging

9 RepliesI love trash talking, but I never swear or go hostile on people. One time, I had a decent game. Something like 30 kills and 4 deaths. I got a message saying "Enjoy ur ban hacker." I responded with "What? I don't even know how to hack." Then he said "If u hack u get ban" I then said "Well, maybe if I knew how to hack, then I would get banned." He finally broke down and said "shut the -blam!- up hacktard and wait 4 ur ban." I reported him for offensive language, and then got a message from Microsoft a few days ago saying "We recently took action on one of your feedback reports. We take playing safe very seriously." or something. Moral of the story is don't initiate trash talking using swear words, because this isn't the first time I've reported someone on XBL for using offensive language at me and had a success in getting them comm banned for a few weeks.
