Pulse rifles got nerfed. There's no "gimmick" like instant reload/healing/2 shot hip fire (I realize it's nerfed now)two shot lucky bullets/burn/90 aim assist + agility + stagger (I realize that got nerfed too) etc etc. It's 100% point and shoot. A solid legendary but you still have to make your shots with no bullshit added in. The TTK is comparable to the "average" primary.
