edit: guys i wasn't salty about this lol i just laughed and found another group and sure enough we got it done first try haha plenty of time to get it done this week. he was only harming himself by losing a fireteam member.
also the guy couldn't have been older than 17 judging by his voice, so it's not a matter of "adults wanting to play with adults"

The reasons i kick people: If they act like a douche If they have been afk really darn long Too low lvl for planned activity(a friend of mine wanted to do nf, he was 258 at the time) Verbal diarrhea I dont kick people purely becuase of they're voice, and/or age. To do that, is just utterly stupid and even discriminating sometimes.

Kids don't get kicked for their experience. They get kicked because the said kickers are responsible enough to remove the kid from a vulgar enviroment. Other reason could be that more often than not kids talk too much and have the potential to be annoying.

2 Repliesi just completed my first raid yesterday. im 17 and my voice is higher than usual for a guy. I just acted extra respectful and was sure to thank them for helping me through the raid. they were really cool about and it was amazing. all you have to do it just be respectful and everything will be alright

Those dudes ever a$$holes and so are a large chunk of people here. I'm 26 and have played with youths and elders. I treat them just like I treat a youngster on the basketball court. If you can ball then you can ball, PERIOD. Scrubs come in all ages dude so if you're good, follow instructions, and aren't overly annoying then you're fine. It's funny how grown men get on kids for lack of self control when they themselves can't go a few hrs without talking about drugs or sex. Jesus just restrain your conversations for once. Immediately kicking a kid just for saying he's 14 is very immature. **CAVEAT!** Now ya have to understand that most people have bad experiences playing with kids. I get that was well but I always give a youngster a warning that: 1. I don't care what gun you're using so don't tell me every 30 seconds 2. Don't scream in my ear 3. Follow instructions Just like someone has to earn my respect, a kid has to EARN my disrespect. If a kid violates the rules then I give a warning. If he does it again he's getting kicked. But kids are much smarter than we adults give then credit for. Many I've played with will understand the rules if you explain it beforehand. Kicking someone before they've done anything is just a cop-out but even though I don't like it, I still understand it. Some ppl don't want to take that chance but I'm a risktaker

That's why ya run with no mic. Although last time I tried to raid I did Crotas End full party six man ,but got kicked because I wasn't doing enough damage with my low light level. (Using all y1 gear.)Even tho I had the most kills during the raid and was doing the most damage to crota with my gjallarhorn. It's just the sword bearer had no thumbs.
