A game that's PvP is a joke, starved for content, and has devs that haven't said anything at all asides "It's coming" or a game with stupid 12 year old humor* & a meh story...granted it actually had a story unlike the base Destiny game. *I mean yeah I'm all for dicks, who doesn't like dicks, but the jokes were just what you'd expect from kids.

1 ReplyI never been one make those posts but Destiny is hard to kill even though it's getting there. Once Borderlands 3 comes out or if gearbox makes another game just like Borderlands then Destiny will most likely die out then. Borderlands is like...my life, man.

It was fun to play, and I wanted to delve deep into the game and expandable universe. Sadly, a lack of narritive based content kept me from playing more. After playing it one last time, having my original mindset of the game [i](based off of old info and vidocs)[/i] instead of [b]guns, bad guys, shoot, progress,[/b] it felt close to the fantasy, sci-fi, RPG shooter that I wanted it to be.[/spoiler]

The only similarity is the loot based part, other than that they're pretty different. I got more hours out of Destiny but more laughs out of Borderlands. I enjoyed both.

I stopped playing Borderlands 2 and TPS to play Destiny, I used to play BL2 more than Destiny, then I switched to Destiny. But sometimes...I really just want to shoot people in the face with my Unkempt Harold again. Heh...maybe some day.
