I did. And it really doesn't if you are roaming, using ionic blink, or getting kills. It takes away like 2 seconds off. It isn't noticeable because of transcendence makes the super drain slower which makes it look weird. However take this from me, when you are getting kills the super feels short.

Dude. He said clearly in the video, stormtrance with transcendence loses like 2-3 seconds if you hold down rt or r2
