If knife to the head make 200 why 200,000 volts to the body no incinerate?

I still think hunters got shafted with melees. Oh yeah sure I get a knife while warlocks get the force and titans can cave a mans skull in. It'd be decent if it was a [i]magic[/i] knife but nope just a regular ol' knife.
