Anyone use No Time to Explain in the raid?
Just wondering, it seems the rewind perk would be useful on golgoroth or even oryx. It could be a great alternative to ToM or spindle. If you land all crits you can hold down the trigger indefinitely, and you don't run out of ammo. Tho i haven't tried it yet, Im pretty sure it wouldn't be that hard because you are shooting Golg basically at point blank range anyway. Oryx might be a little bit trickier but definitely doable as well. This is probably old news to you guys, lemme know what you think anyways.

It doesnt have enough impct to have a more meaningful effect than a Sniper. Black Spindle, or any sniper, has a better damage output on all bosses.

I use it for the first two parts, but black spindle wrecks for warpriest and golgoroth. Then Tom for the last two parts.

I use NTTE all the way through the raid it great for WARPRiest, golgoroth and the light eaters

Idk, ToM, black spindle will out dps the boss. Primary on the raid bosses...? Besides malice a sniper will always be better

4 shots of yasmin 3 sleeper simulant 4 yasmin Half a clip of hung jury 4 yasmin It reload when stowed so more dps than a pulse rifle

The damage multiplier for golgoroth makes I barely do more damage good for ogres on oryx and warpriest though

Just got mine yesterday clan mate says the perk works on golgoroth. Having the spindle though I'll take his word for it instead of testing it.

7 RepliesMy team and I thought the same thing. Unfortunately nothing puts outs more dps on golgorath than the spindle or perhaps a very high level, high impact sniper. Example, no time to explain is putting out 6542 a shot. Times that by 3 to take in account the burst=19,626. The black spindle is putting well above 100k a shot. The raid sniper puts out about 92k a shot. With war priest-easy breezy strat= if you have two titans have one use weapons and the other use blessing. Everyone use ToM. Use the extra(green) health bar as your life meter only. Combine that with the last round of ToM; just backing in and out of the blessings when your shield depletes. If your aura holder does he's(or hers) job effectively you'll finish the war priest first round-easy peezy.

Its pretty good on everything but not the best option for anything. On warpriest it does pretty well but not quite as well as sleeper or black spindle. On Golgoroth its the same deal, its a good option but not the best option. On daughters and oryx ToM obviously is still the best choice but again NTTE is still a good gun to use. Basically what im saying is that NTTE is a good option if you dont have black spindle or ToM.

Well I don't have black spindle jet so I'm using it in golg. And warpriest, for sisters and oryx ToM is better thou more dps and you don't have to worry about reloading In golg. AMD warpriest you run out of health with ToM

I use NTTE for begin-golgoroth but it actually doesn't do much. I just like cuz of the rewind again perk when dealing with adds

Against oryx it isn't great since oryx doesn't have a crit spot

10 RepliesI don't run out of spindle ammo. I just have to run and grab special between rounds. So no, it can't match a spindle, not even close.
