3 RepliesI never had really bad bad acne, but I only break out a little when I eat peanuts and or cheese.,took me a while to figure that out.. I experimented by ceasing to eat the two,I've been fine since. read an article, some people have negative reactions to certain foods...causes oil build-up in the face or something blah blah. >Peanuts >Mainly Cheese /Dairy >Avocados > large amount of salt,watch the sodium intake. So if you constantly eat one of these things, this might be the case.
