LFG, Recruitment and Clans.

On LFG, most people say 300+ light with experience. Sometimes you might get lucky, but most people wont raid with someone who's light is under 300 and haven't beat Oryx. My light is 295 and I've beaten everything in raid except Oryx. I can almost never find a group to play and that's after an hour or more of trying to get in a group.
