2 RepliesSnipers are 1hk headshots if you stand still or run out in the open. Shotguns are 1hk if you get too close or don't pay attention. Both are on you. Shotguns shouldn't be 2hk unless you miss or shoot their feet lol... And currently that IS the case.

2 RepliesI'd much rather use Chaperone. It has better range, insane ammo reserves, and does good damage. It's a weapon that takes skill, but when you have the skill, the thing is a monster.

Man... Invective isn't even a one shot unless the barrel is literally pressed against their temple. Of all the guns to complain about. Are shotguns OP? Or are primaries too weak? It shouldn't even be a valid strategy for someone to run around with just a shotgun, but it is, because the TTK with primaries is just too high.

Come on. I have the year 1 version. My first exotic weapon. It took me 4 days to get it (2 hours per day) in crucible alone. You don't know how hard it is for people who don't have 20 exotic weapons.

2 RepliesShotguns will always be OP because you dont know how to counter them. No matter the range (which btw has been nerfed like 5 separate times), if you let me in close, you better damn well know my ass will appear out of the ceiling flying at 50 mph at your face while feeding you shell after shell directly into your dome, from literally kissing distance. The way to prevent this is NOT to nerf the range of the shotgun, but to be aware of your surroundings and use the tools at your disposal to make sure i dont sneak up on you.
