Abandoned quest kiosk...
Anyone try the quests yet?
I also wonder if one can get the strangers rifle or Khavostov AR again this way?
I'm tempted but also wondering if I should wait until after the 15th so I can get the exp.

The strangers rifle is Legendary now when you complete story again. Go nuts lol

You won't get XP since you already completed the quests, unless you start a new character?

you can redo all of them, and the strangers quest does give you another strangers rifle and this time its a legendary not a rare
