Bungie, you're going to nerf Thorn in PVP.
As a player who plays PvP regularly, they will take my opinion seriously. So count on it. I'm not going to throw a bunch of reasons on why it should be nerfed because a lot had already been posted throughout the forum. You see this gun EVERYWHERE in crucible because of the fact that it gives the player a big advantage over other guns. It's definitely not fun to get tracked with poison every single game. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of other annoying things people do in crucible, but this gun is the most annoying thing right now in my opinion. Just wait until Bungie finally admits it, and posts the statistics on gun usages ever since their last big weapon modification patch.
The truth will be revealed soon enough.
For those who don't play PVP, your opinion does not matter. Please stick to your fatebringer and don't ever use thorn in PVE.
You have to be a good PVP player to actually understand my opinion.
If you're a PVE player, of course you'll be angry at my post. It's simply because you lack the experience we PVP players have in the crucible. So you have no idea what I'm talking about.
EDIT: Looks like Bungie listened to me. Good debate fellas. I'll be taking the trophy home.

Thorn really does take no skill to use it but still, then you bitches crying about nerf this of nerf that will find something else to cry about and eventually we would be down to only using melees. Quit crying and just deal with it.

This is why auto rifles were ruined in PVE was cause complaining about crucible (not saying your complaining) but I'm personally a PVE player but I think that crucible shouldn't have at least 4 or so weapons to choose from to play competitively in the crucible, looking at the fact that there are tons of weapons I this game from common to rare itself, and if other weapons were buffed while not nerfing Thorn to make the other weapons compete with it. The reason why auto rifles were over used before the damage was reduced, was because they were common weapons of use for new players before deciding what weapon they actually liked. This is common in so many FPS's that it's embarrassing to tell a triple A company.

It's because of the data they have that shows the number of people using it and the thousands of threads on here like yours asking for thorn to get a nerf. Bungie listens to the community as a whole and not to just one self entitled little brat.

No one is going to take your opinion seriously unless you are the head of Bungie. Oh you're not? Then sit down and stop acting like anyone cares about you more than your parents. Instead, demand AR's be brought back to their former glory, along with all the other weapons in the game. I use Thorn and end up getting killed more by shotguns than a Thorn. I place two heads shots and half survive because of lag switching or just extreme lag. Maybe you should be trying to ban those that cheat and try getting weapons buffed to the power of Thorn instead of destroying a weapons usability.
