While the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Destiny will, obviously, look significantly better than their current-gen cousins, as Eric Osborne, senior writer and head of community, told Eurogamer today, Bungie's goal with its "shared world shooter" is to deliver what it considers to be a "next-gen experience" across all platforms.
Take from that what you will.

I just don't think it will be fair on people playing PS4 Destiny 2,3 or 4 and not having the performance that it's capable off if that happens :/

Just wondering. How do you know there is going to be a destiny 2 , 3 or 4? Reason I ask is, this is massively multiplayer at a Social aspect. It is also at the start of a new generation of console. How do we not know they are are just going to do something similar to MMORPG and just put out DLC each year. Considering the current gen was meant to go for 10 years. And the next gen consoles are made for a 10 year life span. They really have 10 years worth of add ons that they can have. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for DLC or expansion packs as long as it keeps it fun. I would be happier to pay for an expansion pack each year where they could concentrate on the actual game play than have them stuff around remaking the engine it runs on. Just a thought.

We can't say for certain what, if any, differences there will be until the game is out and running on all systems. When they're out in the wild for a few months the opportunity for proper comparisons will be there. You seem to have made your decision on which is "better" already. I prefer to wait and see.

I look at Specs and statistics on Hardware nothing else :)

Fair enough. On paper alone doesn't cut it for me. I'll reserve judgement until the consoles are out.

Изменено (LugDubh): 10/29/2013 3:01:54 PMI'm not in any rush to pick up a new console at launch. I shall be getting one or other for the release of Destiny however. Beta - current, full release - new console to enjoy all the extra bells n' whistles.
