Did not receive claimed Twitch Prime rewards
Hello
I have claimed my Amazon Prime game loot on twitch on Google Chrome and thought that they were all in game for a few months now. But once I entered Destiny 2 a while back I had none of the loot I claimed before. Thought that I might have to give it some time to get it but nothing. Now the new loot came out and I tried again and still didn't get anything at Amanda. So I tried logging in on to Internet Explorer to check if that changes anything and I could only reclaim the latest loot, and the rest of the loot says that it is no longer available for me (even though when I go back to my twitch prime loot page on chrome and it shows that I have claimed it). Can anyone please help me with this? Is it still possible to get the loot that I missed but still claimed?

2 отв.Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]? You also will not be able to claim previous loot drops as they are no longer available. Loot drops are monthly exclusive.
