Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?
You also will not be able to claim previous loot drops as they are no longer available. Loot drops are monthly exclusive.

Hello I do not share my Amazon Prime account with anyone else. I have tried logging in and out of both the game and steam and nothing changed. I have checked more than once on the twitch prime site and it says it has been claimed on google chrome but not on internet explorer (Photos of both here https://imgur.com/a/cfOA0AU) The claimed one from internet explorer I did receive but not the rest which I claimed on Chrome. Yes I do see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections The Partner Rewards section only shows the rewards I claimed on Internet explorer shown in the pictures in the link above but not the ones I claimed on Google Chrome. As you can see in the picture from Google Chrome in the link above I have already claimed the previous loot drops but have not received them. Thank you

This is strange. Are you connected to the same twitch prime account? Is this the only twitch prime account you have? To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar. https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2
