Appreciate the sentiment, but I'll never be someone to announce my problems to strangers during a video game when we're all just trying to have fun. I do think its sweet that you want to support others who struggle. I'm honestly just amazed that this is a perspective from people now; growing up, anxiety was just a cop out or a sign of laziness. It was cold, but I've since learned to take care of myself because the people around me either didn't understand my problems or didn't take them seriously. I'm now an adult and I just don't feel comfortable announcing my personal issues with people I've never at least had breakfast with. My advice for others: The only person you can rely on all the time is yourself; like that saying "you need to love yourself first". No one else can understand your struggle or get inside your head the way you can. Learning to live with yourself is the first step to moving forward. That's just how I feel about this though. I hope the people who have yet to get the right help are able to, and maybe the empathy and support here will push them in a positive direction. Best wishes.
