Yes technically I'm spending 80$, cause I'm buying a 80$ product. But in ratio to what I spend in my daily life that is 10times more expensive. If you come to Iran have 1USD exchanged to our currency you can buy all the things that you can buy with 10USD in the US. So when I want to buy a 80$ product I have to spend 10times more of that amount in the value of my own currency. I hope it makes sense to you.
