I have updated drivers and just bought a copy of the game plus season pass.
When I try to launch the game, it goes on black screen and does anything. I still hear the music and menu's sfx but can't play because of this black screen.
With demo ver. had no problem.

I went into my Windows Update settings and recovered to the update prior to 1803 and everything works perfectly fine. No more black screen, after repeated tests. I don't exactly agree with doing this, because most game devs feel like they don't need to fix the issue when there is a workaround available, but like I said, if you want to play Destiny 2 without black screening, this worked for me immediately. Good luck!

I have the same problem. I really hope it's fixed soon, recovering earlier versions of Windows 10 and Nvidia drivers solve this problem, but create many others.

I just rolled back the Nvidea driver to 391.35 and it's working. Some one on here said an earlier version worked, not with mine.

I have the same problem. asus rog gl552vw, i7 6700 HQ, gtx 960m 2gb.

This is a bug with the windows 1803 update. You have 2 options: Roll back the windows update. Or Roll back your gpu drivers (if using nvidia, 391.24 has been confirmed by other users to work)
