It's horribly inconsistent! It never seems to matter which one you use. It's a complete roll of the dice. One minute I can use Watchful Eye and and it mows players down with ease, but in the next match it takes nearly a full magazine for one player! One player was going around two tapping everyone without damage perks. I mean it is PvP and it's probably not a priority but if I was trying to use this in Trials I'd be pretty upset that this is happening.
