alter-reflect mission is NOT PROGRESSABLE
This is what people have come too to complete this quest the mission is not able to be complete regularly.
Its been bugged for MONTHS and every twid i never see a thing about it can you please fix it?

Theres no ETA on when it'll be fixed. There are however ways to get around the side to activate the final dialogue to complete the mission - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZw8DhKOscc If the way shown in the video is an issue, you can also get around using Grapples or Wellskating. I wouldn't be surprised if flying with Lion Rampants also worked for it.
