The Witch Queen - Report: Alter-Reflect
The quest Report: Alter-Reflect that is obtained via the evidence board is currently bugged.
The final boss (Shrieker) won't open it's shell and is immune to all damage.
As a result, I can't progress to complete the exotic quest Reverse-Lure.
Hoping it can be fixed ASAP.
