They're too potent for PvP. I can't tell you how many times I've seen Titans and Warlocks lose in a 1v1 super battle. On top of this the amount of damage Spectral Blades and Silkstrike can tank is ridiculous for having insanely quick movements, Spectral having access to constant invisibility and Silk ranged attacked. Golden Gun can instantly delete you from across the map. Storm's Edge has zero viable counters.
Well has been adjusted.
Ward has been adjusted.
Now it's time for Hunters to be adjusted.
Either that or Titan and Warlock supers need to be better in PvP.

2 RepliesYou can't say anything bad about Hunters in Destiny, because they will all attack and downvote you and your topic will dissapear before Bungie can see it.

6 RepliesHmm well warlocks got their supers buffed to as the “slow” nova bomb isn’t exactly show anymore and they have been able to spam their grenade a lot and most of the Titan supers are still really good and can counter a lot of warlocks and hunters stuff and warlock does amazing work still doing a lot more then what hunters can do Titans only “change” was their bubble meaning it so it’s not the only good option for trials as it’s no longer an instant win and you need the raid exotic to counter it The same for well of radiance as it was pretty much hard to counter in trials and pvp There isn’t a lot to change for Hunter, its supers are either a area denial tether and stasis and arch or damage gg, arc, void and the other but never lock down a area, which is what people value more in some pvp areas

Are you for real? I mainly run strand hunter in crucible and even after the buff silkstrike feels like it has zero damage resistance, you have to be very strategic about when you launch it as you get easily deleted.

2 RepliesHave you tried tossing a suppression grenade at them?

5 RepliesEdited by J4RDAAN_: 2/10/2026 3:38:07 AMHunter supers pretty much require 0 user input to be effective. Blade barrage: press a button and it auto aims and shoots blades to players that sometimes are not even in the hunter’s FOV. Golden gun: (don’t remember which version of GG) has built-in aimbot so you can crit-shot somebody cross map. Ice tornado: press a button and you insta-freeze players then the tornado starts chasing people and locks out a chunk of the map for about 10 seconds (literally 0 user input besides the initial casting). Spectral blades: massive light attack button spam without wasting super energy and kills any super with a backflip 🙃 Strand whip: they can literally do the whip spin and kill people behind objects and Tarzan they way out of there. Pole dancer: they just deflect everything back at you with 0 drawbacks then hit you with a stick and dance capoeira out of there. I think super energy should drain based on the type of projectile deflected… Storm’s edge and void bow/arrow are ok IMO. I think low or 0 user input supers in general (titans and warlocks included) need some sort of adjustment so the user is required to do more of the heavy lifting instead of just pressing a button and let the computer take the driver's seat.

10 RepliesEdited by iidaptive: 2/8/2026 3:18:20 AMLmao brother. Hunter supers probably have the least amount of damage resistance. I get invis is cheese but spectral is easy to take out if you actually shoot it and don’t just run away. Same with storms edge if you time it correctly. Golden gun can shoot you from far yes.. it’s been that way since destiny 1 alpha it’s not an issue. Literally the hunter gunslinger identity.
