Heavy Ammo Synthesis not giving ammo
Anybody else having a problem with Heavy Ammo Synthesis not giving them ammo when they use them? This has happened to me twice already, I have video proof if I need to process & upload it to prove the issue.

6 RepliesHello, Bungie is aware that some players are having difficulties when using their ammo synthesis packs. Bungie is investigating this issue and will try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, make sure you have verified the following actions for your inventory: Make sure your consumable inventory isn't full, as "sitting on" many Ammo Synthesis stacks may have to do with the issue. If your consumable inventory is looking full, place some Ammo Synthesis stacks in your Vault to help prevent the above-mentioned issue. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12282

I've noticed that whenever that happens to me my "consumable" section is full. Try deleting a space or dropping some telemetrys into the vault and the heavy should come up fine.

If your consumables slot in your inventory is full it wont work so you need to clear a space

Yip I am having same problem, was helping friends with the nightfall and used 5 and didn't get one rocket from it.

This is obviously still an issue. I've popped 5 ammo synthesis and haven't got any heavy ammo in return.
