Is it me or has all other games lost meaning?
I used to play NBA 2k14, Titanfall, & Madden in my free time but as the days have gone by i have almost exclusively been brainwashed scouring for all the destiny info i could get my hands on. I even completely forgot about Elder Scrolls Online.
Is it me or has destiny created this time rift in which nothing else matters?

8 RepliesHaven't played Destiny yet but it's already starting to set a new standard for games for me. The only games that I know of right now that have even a small chance of pulling me away from Destiny when it comes out are the division and battlefront 3.

Nope im still capable of playing other games, space engineers mostly the past week or so. Made a space truck today with working suspension lol.

2 RepliesNot really, i mean i'm not all that hyped. All we've seen is a bunch of shooting and guns and a few locations with more shooting. Too be honest i'm just not that hyped i got to see some social elements and wondering through the world and different species before i get hyped again. But even then all the information that we know about the game doesn't really make me want to scream from the rooftops or jizz on the screen. there are other games that i'm much more excited in seeing. No Offense to Bungie as i still think that once they show more i'll be hyped like crazy but until then what they provided is just not enough to get me hyped. Games that i'm excited for and eagerly awaiting. 1. No mans Sky 2. The forest 3. Kingdom Come:Deliverance 4. Halo Xbox One 5. Sunset Overdrive 6. Star Citizen 7. Destiny ( 7 no pun intended)

Agreed. I play random games for a bit. But nothing is sucking me in anymore. Assassins creed. Last of us. Xcom. They were fun. Kinda. But it didnt make me jacked up. I recently downloaded age of wonders 3 on steam. Killing timr ......

I agree, OP. Destiny has definitely affected the meaning of the majority of other games. I only play a few, while I can, until Destiny takes its place at once!

Personally destiny is getting kinda old to me. I am thinking of canceling my preorder because like a lot of games that get alot of hype the hype dosent last that long and alot of the people get bored of the game.
