The US should just Split up.
No seriously...
On the news, on the net, on this forum...
Every single US political argument, hell, every single little issue, ends up containing "libtards this" or "conservitards that".
Non stop, day in, day out. Both party's disagree on practically everything and wont back down on anything.
Its come to the point where the bloody US government has to stop over what essentially amounts too two groups of school children squabbling over the way poor people are denied health care, and blaming each other for the resulting mess. So why even bother?
Split the country in two, democrats get to run the north, republicans the south. Call it the Confederate states of America, and umm, I dunno, the Unified states of America. Military and debt split evenly between.
Each to their own side, and that should calm things down a bit :) .
Oh, Alaska and Hawaii can run wild and free. They should be find with all their oil/tourist money.

One thing is for sure.. we are pushing ever so closer to a second Civil War.. Why not move all Liberals and Democrats to California and everyone else can live everywhere else? See which land does better?

I feel I should point out vocal minorities and politicians in "safe" Conservative/Liberal Congressional Districts aren't good reasons to split a country.

Oh my bad, that's right, you folks couldn't do it without an archaic law about guns that once gave you as citizens the ability to fight physically if your government was a piece of crap because battles back then were fought differently. But as for today, if that ever happened it'd be a free for all shoot em up with citizens and the military. Okay, tell you what, it's already buggered up beyond recovery over there, so let's all just sit back and watch just how long this train can run before it finally crashes. I'm gonna base statistics off the 2012 Election and Such Where would the split be? Kansas/Nebraska? That would cut California in half with the more liberal half south of the line. What about Conservative states in the North like the Dakota's, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho? What about southern Liberal States like New Mexico and Colorado? Would it be easy for people to move before the split if they want the other side?

Some states will be extremely liberal, some conservative, some a mic of both, some extremely libertarian, some commie, some socialist.. There's a place for everyone depending on what the people living there want.
