Does time affect presence?

Like if time were to slow down at light speed would I slow down while everyone else moves at normal speed?

  • Time dilates as your speed increases - time in your reference frame is increased by the Lorentz factor (1/sqrt(1-v^2/c^2) if you want to know) relative to a reference frame with respect to the Earth, where we arbitrarily set v=0. So yes, your velocity doesn't effect anyone else's perception of time, just your own.

    Yes, Time is relative to gravity. If you're closer to a large mass you age slower. Right now your head is older than your feet.
