If you're playing on Steam, submit a refund request for whichever Year of the Prophecy edition you bought, pick "multiplayer not working" and put "Cannot access the content I paid for and play the game anymore due to Bungie restricting access in my entire region and the resulting Tapir error codes". They issued a full refund for me in a matter of hours. If for some reason they deny your request, ask to escalate and keep trying. It's clear that asking questions and trying to do this the nice way is met with ignorance and automated non-answers. So start speaking the language they do understand - money. Vote with your wallets:) Plenty of other great games out there that don't treat you like your money is good enough but you aren't.

  • Steam isn't refunding everyone, and only for the latest DLC. What about all the previous ones? For silver purchases? I'd like a refund for all the money I invested in this game. I won't get it back, nor will I get my time back. Bangi has simply gone down the drain with their actions and stolen our money, the game, and the time we invested in it. It's a shame such a good game is being sold to such a fraudulent company.

  • So in your head since you want a refund for everything you bought... McDonald's should refund you for all food you ever bought if they give you a bad meal and tell you not to come back? Makes perfect sense 🤦. Also you didn't buy anything for bungie, ask steam to give you that kind of refund and let's see how hard they laugh lol

    Thank you for the information, that is exactly what I am trying to do now, but the main platform where all Destiny 2 expansions were purchased is PlayStation. It is sad when a game you have been playing for more than 10 years, buying all the expansions and supporting the publisher overall, ends up acting the way it does and showing such a dismissive attitude towards its audience, which I believe is quite large in the CIS region.
