I completed my first raid in Destiny 2!!!!
As the title suggests, I finally completed my first ever raid which was Vault of Glass. It was super fun and I used fireteam finder to get a group together. They were all really helpful and together we beat atheon. I really recommend giving VoG a shot if you don't raid much because the mechanics are relatively easy to pick up as they are mostly adclear. Thanks for this experience!!

Every single weapon is worth having/crafting. The mechanics are a little step up from Vault of Glass but still one of the easier raids in the game. Highly recommend

5 RepliesCongrats, that was my first raid in D1 followed by crota. I didn’t touch a raid again until 2021 even though I had come back to Destiny when shadowkeep came out. My fist d2 raid was deep stone crypt. Was up until 3 in the morning. It was cold that night which played into the atmosphere of the raid. I had a lot of fun. Anyway been raiding ever since and have done all of them except the new one. Welcome to raiding

2 RepliesCongrats! Raiding is by far the best part of Destiny. VoG is great and probably the best raid to start with. If you want a recommendation for your next raid, I’d go with either Deep Stone Crypt or Root of Nightmares if you have their DLCs.

1 ReplyCongratulations. That was my first one in D1. I had about 120 runs in it, used to do it with 3 characters a week after reset. It was buggy as all heck with weird stuff happening and insta wipes for no rational reason. Back then we would create a Titan Bubble near the bosses feet, then solar warlocks would toss balls of fire to get him up on the bubble and when the bubble collapsed, the boss fell into the abyss and died. And if you stood near the back wall, then only the nearest 3 would get teleported each round. Super easy to complete (maybe I'm mis remembering it, it might have been the farthest ones got teleported) if 3 people knew what they were doing.
