I recently managed to score a Spirit of inmost light + Star eaters exotic class item for my warlock 2 days ago, I've noticed that I'm getting near zero buffs from the spirit of Inmost light perk, ability timers aren't sped up, an I'm not seeing any increased damage from melee or nades (I'm on prismatic and I'm landing melee and grenade hits). I've tried many different facets (have them all unlocked), and nothing seems to help, Is it a watered-down version of inmost, is this intended, or is this just some kind of bug? Also, if anyone has a builds they're having success with, feel free to share. Thanks in advance for any and all help, ideas, tips, and builds.
