A couple of days ago, my Steam account was hacked into. I don't know how they got in, but it is definitely secured now. During the time that they had access to my Steam, they got in to my Bungie account, and added a Destiny 2 cross save with their Epic account. I've done some research into this but have not found a suitable solution. I cannot remove their Epic account without authenticating it, and I cannot authenticate it without their email and password, which I obviously don't have. I have also contacted Epic on their help forums, and they turned me away without helping at all. Is there anything at all I can do? I have 2,000 hours in this game and now they access everything. Their Epic account is called "1 discord d2plug". It seems to me that they have stolen my Destiny profile as some sort of service. All I need is any trace of them removed from my Bungie account. Please help me.

7 RepliesSomebody just gonna give you the generic "bungie won't remove any account from this profile" but longer. If you can't hang with the dude always on this profile, you best unlink your accounts you do have access to and make a new b.net account.

bungie can't help. cross save will remain active unless/until all accounts can be authorized. since you can't authorize the epic account, it will remain attached.
