centipede problem on Steam, on Epic Games working fine

Hi, i have a centipede problem but just on Steam, on Epic Games i can play normal. I wanna play on Steam because of DLC. How can i fix it?

might be your name is too long or has too many special characters. I have seen others having that error code due to really long names with asian characters
