I’ve used the ability a lot in PvP this season, it can’t one shot. Idk what the damage is exactly and haven’t played IB yet this season, so I can’t confirm if it is possible with enough power difference, however it didn’t one shot in this case anyway. Notice the Arc Soul around him at the end of the clip? That didn’t come from nowhere. And if you actually reviewed the video a little, you’d notice some very obvious bolts coming from it on the approach, and a glimpse of the damage received. I’d wager that they’re Amplified as well, based on the fact that he came in like a -blam!- Titan missile, meaning it was shooting faster as well. Myth busted.
