It will not surprise me if, at the end of this season, that Spider is revealed to be a Calus-Mech in disguise.
Perhaps the real Spider is still out there. Because the Spider residing in The Ether Tank isn't the real Spider.
Spider would be selling black-market goods. He'd never be broke. He'd of had caches of loot squirreled away all over the system. The man plans for everything. He's six steps ahead. He sees all the angles.
So be wary of this creature calling itself 'Spider'.
