Taken shader
A shader that makes guns and Armor look like the taken would be the best shader ever

Edited by thatdudeEd54: 9/4/2022 2:51:02 AMIt isnt a shader, but a temporary solution to looking like a Taken would be to equip Reverie Dawn Gear from the Dreaming City and popping a Tincture of Queensfoil. It will give your armor taken effects. Sadly you have to use another everytime you fast travel, go to orbit, or end an activity. Otherwise it last you 30 min Transmogged Reverie Dawn Gear works aswell

2 RepliesIf I may, might I draw your attention to: Reverie Dawn armor+Tincture of Queenfoil=Taken armor for 30 mins. Not a perfect solution, id also love a taken shader or ornament(maybe rewards for completing a master kings fall?)

Sounds cool, but in practice it would be a nightmare. You'd end up with everyone wasting more shots and more ammo on friendly fire.

4 RepliesD1 is still rock solid. You can get that in D1. And Bungie didn’t remove content and jazz stuff sideways. D1 was left in a really good state.

1 ReplyI’ve got the Taken ship / sparrow on my H…having a matching Taken shader would be neat, too. What I’d really like is a ‘Starman’ shader (cue <Ziggy>), which is like the model’s effect when trying on a piece of armour; the armour piece is as is, and the model upon which it is displayed appears as the night sky…we’ve all seen it a gazillion times since it was introduced not so long ago. Severn Sisters just don’t do it for me! 🤖✨ Oh, and a jet black ‘Obsidian’ shader would be lovely, too! Cheers! 💫🌘🤩
