The deep sight extraction works but does not count towards the progress. I have extracted 4 of these weapons and it’s only counted 1.

This happened to me with the new Ammit auto rifle (which is actually pretty fun BTW with the right roll). Seems to just be a bug, but as long as the weapon can still be crafted I not worried about it

1 ReplyIts a bug. You can craft it after you did 2. Even if it says 1/2. Just go to the forge and craft it.

2 Repliesdon't know if this has happened to anyone else but i never equipped a taipan (like at all) but i got the pattern from simply dismantling a deepsight version of it.....
