Bungie I'll work for 20bucks an hour
I'm offering my services for much less than what you probably pay some of your developers and game concept designers.
I however do not currently have any coding skills so this would purely be on the ideas and implementation side of things. In particular I'd like to help the crucible team in constructing new systems/ game modes and reward systems for those modes. I have a keen interest in the PvP ecosystem and weapon balancing too, I feel we need a fresh and exciting take and the competitive side of things and I believe a lot of success can be achieved if we work it from the ground up.
It's an unorthodox approach I know but pm me if you're interested.

Bro I’d offer to work for free and I have experience in game dev in both high school and college. I just wanna see master raids get replaced with contest mode raids. Helps players practice for day 1, and could allow for people to earn cosmetics and adepts. Cuz we all know master mode raids are just bungie going “throw more champions in”

If I was a dev and you was serious I’d definitely listen to your ideas because most probably make 80-300k yearly.
