hello I need to disable cross save, is it possible that bungie can help me with that? I can't disable it manually

You must disable cross save. All accounts must be authenticated on your end. If you bought silver you must wait 90 days no exceptions. If you can't login to all the accounts work with the platform(s) in question to try to regain the credentials.
