Is there any way to transfer my Battle Net account to steam or at least get some of the DLCs back?
Or am I late and the money I spent are gone?

Each license you previously owned on Blizzard's platform are no more. If you'd like to request compensation for the removal of your licenses, you'll need to contact Blizzard. Please note that everything you previously purchased, outside of Forsaken, was folded into the free version of the game, and that has since been removed from the game as well. The Forsaken campaign was removed, but the exotics are still available within the game, and require purchasing the Forsaken Pack.
