Collecting redeemed emblems in a kiosk that doesn't exist

I redeemed some codes for emblems, it said collect at the emblem kiosk, it doesn't exist, the emblems are d2 specific, they are not in my vault, postmaster, or collections, what do I do?

Any emblems acquired via a redeem code that state they can be picked up at the kiosk, are emblems for the original Destiny only. Regardless of what the website you found the codes on may claim, those codes are not for Destiny 2.

Nope. Those are d1 emblems (not d2).
