I recently just picked the game back up and transfered my characters from xbox to ps4 and I can't claim the rewards in the season pass. I bough the pass and managed to claim the delicate tomb however I can't claim the remaining rewards. Is it cause I transfered to a different console? Or is anyone else having this trouble? I included a photo of what i see when i go to the season rewards. Thanks for the help
